What if I don’t have a Paypal Account, How can I order? -Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit card through paypal by looking on the left side of the checkout screen when taken to the paypal page. Paypal will allow you to use your credit card without having an account with them.

"Delivered" on your account page in the store only means that the order has been "delivered" to our shipping department, not delivered to your shipping address. Even with our standard Priority shipping, it takes 2-4 days before you will receive your order. :)
Where is my tracking information?
As of May 2009, all orders shipped in the US are sent US Priority with tracking. We will ship your item out the next business day at 5pm Eastern. We will also send your shipment confirmation and tracking information to the email address you provided. Its possible if you are filtering your emails, and do not have us added to your safe list, that it will end up in your Junk or Spam mail folder. We are proud to say that all items ordered have been delivered. :)
Ive purchased your Michael Andrew Lollipops. If for whatever reason I need to download them again, how do I do it?

How long does it take before I receive my order? For mail orders, we send them out the next business day. If you live in the US, expect 5-7 days. International orders usually take 7-14 days, but can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on where you live. Downloads, such as the Lollipops are available immediately after purchase. How much is it to ship internationally? The base rate of $9.95, is First Class International (this can be anywhere from 7-14 business days depending on where you live). If you would like expedited shipping (5-10 days with tracking information) this can be arranged for $30 Priority shipping fee. We also have an Express option of $65 which is 2-3 days, anywhere in the world. These options will be available at checkout if you are outside the US. I’ve purchased a download and lost it because my computer crashed. Can I get another copy? Absolutely- The store is set up so you may re-download your purchase in the event you should lose it. Lollipops are upgraded on a regular basis and these are available for you to download through your account on the store.
